Holistic Wellness & Healing Services

My holistic services are designed to support physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. These services are provided for general wellness purposes only and are not intended to replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Intuitive Life & Business Coaching

My coaching services support personal growth, mindset shifts, spiritual empowerment, and business alignment. Coaching is a collaborative process that requires your active participation. Results are not guaranteed and depend on your commitment, effort, and individual circumstances.

Spiritual Guidance & Prophetic Insight Sessions

My spiritual guidance sessions — including but not limited to intuitive readings, prophetic insight sessions, and any session previously or currently offered under any similar name — are provided as tools for self-reflection, spiritual exploration, and personal insight. These sessions are for informational and spiritual enrichment purposes only and do not constitute professional advice of any kind, including medical, legal, psychological, or financial advice. Outcomes are not guaranteed.

Programs & Courses

I offer live, recorded, and self-paced programs and courses covering topics including but not limited to mindset, spiritual growth, holistic wellness, and business development. Access to programs is granted to the named purchaser only and is non-transferable.

Digital Products

I offer a variety of digital products including but not limited to guides, workbooks, eBooks, templates, toolkits, meditations, and other downloadable resources. All digital products are delivered electronically.

Physical Products

I offer physical products including but not limited to journals, candles, crystals, spiritual tools, wellness supplements, teas, and herbal blends. Physical product availability is subject to change.

Membership & Community Access

Where applicable, I offer membership programs and community access. Membership is personal and non-transferable. Terms specific to individual memberships will be provided at the time of enrollment.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase services or products from this website. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when booking services, creating accounts, or making purchases. Misrepresentation of identity or personal information is grounds for termination of services without refund.

You are expected to engage actively and in good faith with any coaching or program you enroll in. The effectiveness of my services depends significantly on your participation and personal effort.

Payment

Payment is required in full at the time of booking or purchase. I accept payment methods as specified at checkout. All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise noted. By completing a purchase, you authorize the applicable charge to your selected payment method.

Refund Policy

Digital Products

All digital product sales are final and non-refundable. Due to the immediate and irreversible nature of digital delivery, no refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued once a digital product has been purchased and/or delivered. Please review all product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Spiritual Guidance & Intuitive Sessions

All sales for spiritual guidance, prophetic insight, intuitive reading, and similar sessions are final and non-refundable. These sessions are personalized and cannot be resold or reassigned. If you need to reschedule, please contact me at least 24 hours in advance at support@taliahreene.com.

Coaching Services

Due to the personalized nature of coaching services, payment is non-refundable once a session has been conducted. If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours notice.

Programs & Courses

Refund eligibility for programs and courses, if any, will be specified at the time of enrollment. Where no refund policy is stated at enrollment, all sales are final.

Physical Products

My return policy for physical products is 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Sale items are non-refundable.

To initiate a return, contact support@taliahreene.com. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Once your return is received and inspected, I will notify you of approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be applied to your original payment method within a reasonable number of business days.

If you have not received a refund after approval, please check with your bank or card provider, as processing times vary.

Disclaimer of Results

I do not guarantee specific outcomes, results, transformations, or experiences from any service, session, program, or product. Testimonials shared on my website or social media reflect individual experiences and are not a promise or guarantee of results. Your results will depend on a variety of personal factors including your effort, commitment, mindset, and circumstances.

Intellectual Property

Ownership

All content, materials, programs, courses, digital products, written works, audio recordings, video recordings, frameworks, methodologies, systems, templates, worksheets, scripts, branding, and any other creative or proprietary output produced by Taliah Reené and Aligned Prosperity Co.™ (“Creator”) — whether delivered digitally, in print, in person, or by any other means — are and shall remain the sole and exclusive intellectual property of Creator. This includes all content on this website, social media channels, newsletters, and any product or program delivered to clients.

Creator reserves all rights not expressly granted in writing. Purchase of, subscription to, or access to any product or service does not transfer any ownership interest, copyright, trademark right, or other intellectual property right to the purchaser or user (“User”). No implied license is granted.

Prohibition on Copying, Reproduction & Duplication

User may not copy, reproduce, duplicate, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, or otherwise make available any portion of Creator’s materials — in whole or in part — in any form or by any means, without the prior express written consent of Creator. This includes but is not limited to screenshotting or screen-recording materials for redistribution, transcribing or paraphrasing content for publication or resale, copying frameworks or methodologies into competing products, sharing login or access credentials, and creating derivative works without a written license.

User is permitted to retain a single personal-use copy of materials to which they have lawfully obtained access, strictly for their own non-commercial use.

Prohibition on Resale, Transfer & Redistribution

User may not resell, sublicense, rent, lease, lend, gift, or otherwise transfer access to or copies of Creator’s materials to any third party. Each purchase or license is granted solely to the named purchaser and is non-transferable. User may not bundle or incorporate Creator’s materials into any other product or offer for sale or distribution.

Prohibition on AI-Based Recreation & Style Mimicry

User may not use Creator’s materials — in whole or in part — as input into any artificial intelligence system, generative AI tool, large language model, image generation model, audio synthesis tool, or similar technology for the purpose of replicating, mimicking, or recreating Creator’s voice, style, frameworks, or content; training or fine-tuning an AI model on Creator’s materials; producing AI-generated content derived from Creator’s work for sale or distribution; or reverse-engineering Creator’s proprietary methodologies through AI tools. This prohibition applies to all current and future AI tools and is not circumvented by paraphrasing Creator’s materials prior to input.

Prohibition on Reverse Engineering & Competitive Replication

User may not reverse engineer, deconstruct, or study Creator’s materials for the purpose of replicating Creator’s systems, frameworks, curriculum, or business model. User may not create, publish, or sell any program, product, or service that is substantially derived from or modeled after Creator’s materials or methods.

Enforcement & Remedies

Creator reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies for any violation of these intellectual property provisions, including injunctive relief and monetary damages. In the event of unauthorized resale, redistribution, or AI-based recreation of Creator’s materials, User agrees to pay liquidated damages of $5,000 per instance of violation, in addition to actual damages, attorney’s fees, and costs. Creator may immediately terminate User’s access to any product or service upon discovery of a violation, without refund.

Creator also reserves the right to submit DMCA takedown notices to any platform where unauthorized copies of Creator’s materials are found.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Taliah Reené and Aligned Prosperity Co.™ shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of or inability to use my services or products. My services and products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Changes to These Terms

I reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date. Your continued use of my website or services after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. I encourage you to review this page periodically.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Virginia.
