The frustrations you are feeling is the Universe highlighting that back and forth energy—the fact that you keep overlooking red flags and blatant signs and messages from spirit. When it comes to love and relationships, it is time for you to stop gaslighting yourself—pretending that you don’t see things that are right in front of you… things that are hurtful and keeping you stuck in painful cycles.

When you ignore these signs, you keep yourself stuck in a painful loop that you could actually avoid. (Check out my last post about repeating patterns and life cycles) It also delays your progress along your path. You tend to allow your emotions to keep you stuck at a crossroads—not making decisions that you know need to be made… procrastinating while you put the needs of others ahead of your own… constantly waiting… etc. You need to make the decisions to put yourself first and to stop ignoring very clear signs simply because you don’t want to believe them or because you just don’t want to give up too soon.

Remember what is meant for you is meant for you and no one can steal that away from you. If enforcing your boundaries and demanding to be treated the way you deserve is going to make your person flee… that was never your person to begin with. Let them go! Why would you want to be with someone who devalues you and makes you feel less than you are? Why would you want to hold on to someone who doesn’t want to hold on to you? Why do you really want to be with someone who devalues, manipulates, and disrespects you… someone who is triggered by you claiming and demanding your value? It doesn’t make sense. Someone who truly loves and respects themselves refuses to give their energy, time, love, or any other resources in these situations.

Learn to be patient and feel out the energy. Pay attention to what is right in front of you. Pay attention to what the universe is showing you because there are signs, synchronicities, and divine messages all around you. Release the need for control and surrender to the universe… let energy flow, and just simply observe. You will clearly see what is genuine and what is not. You will clearly see what is for you and what is not. You will see the difference between love bombing and someone who genuinely can’t get enough of you. And the more patient you allow yourself to be, the more clear the signs become. A phony can only pretend for so long… The truth will inevitably reveal itself.

Your confidence, self-love and sense of self-worth is absolutely invaluable and the sexiest traits about you. The more of this energy you embody, the more attractive you become (to everyone). The less of this that you embody, the less attractive you become. You open yourself up and become more vulnerable for manipulation and for people to take advantage of you because you don’t know who you are or the power you possess. You don’t know what you deserve and therefore you (your time, energy, love, etc.) can be exchanged for just about anything. It’s like that saying “if you don’t stand for something, you’ll fall for anything”.

This connection/trigger you’re experiencing is meant to remind you of your power, your confidence, your perception/discernment/intuition… and also your ability to choose… to choose yourself first always. To remind you to slow down, release control, trust the universe, and trust the signs that are being shown to you. The more confident you are within yourself and the more you love yourself, the more attractive you become to the right person. You do NOT have to settle for less than you desire or less than you deserve. If you are settling… or if you have less than what you want, it’s because that is what you have chosen. You have the right and the free will to make a different choice at any moment.
